Polynesian Stack Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rotisserie-cooked chicken
    2 (3 7/8 ounce) boxes chicken rice-a-roni
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup shredded coconut
    1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple
    1 - 1 1/2 cup slivered almonds
    crunchy chinese noodles
    1 - 1 1/2 cup finely shredded cheese
    2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth (heated)
Preparation
    Shred chicken. Set out dishes containing above ingredients. Beginning with the rice, let guests begin stacking up ingredients. Rice, chicken, etc. Cover with chicken broth.
