Wyler'S Easy Chicken Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup uncooked instant rice
2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 cup whole kernel corn
Preparation

In large pot, combine all ingredients except toppings.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer 15 minutes.
If desired, serve with toppings such as sour cream, shredded cheese and/or tortilla chips.
