Swiss Chard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb lean salt pork
1 bunch swiss chard
Preparation

Soak salt meat overnight in cold water.
Drain off water.
Put meat in a large pot with enough water to cover it.
Cook 1 hour.
Add swiss chard to pot and cook 45 minutes longer or until swiss chard and meat are tender.
Drain off water and serve.
