Bell Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups chopped red bell peppers
    2 cups chopped green bell peppers
    2 cups chopped onions
    salt
    2 cups chopped celery
    2 1/4 tablespoons salt
    1 1/3 cups sugar
    2 1/3 cups cider vinegar
Preparation
    Cover the vegetables with boiling salted water and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain well.
    Add the remaining ingredients and 20 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal. Process for 15 minutes in hot water bath.
