Hot Chicken Dip! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 ounce) can white chicken meat
    1 (20 ounce) can diced mushrooms, drained
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    1 (2 3/4 ounce) package slivered almonds
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart saucepan or fondue pot.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring often, till blended thoroughly.
    Serve warm with chips.
