Easy Diabetic Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup water
    2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon Splenda granular
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour over meat, fish, tofu or vegetables and let sit at least 8 hours.
