Swedish Thin Bread (Crackers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups sweet cream or 2 cups sour cream
    2 cups rye flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 cups white flour
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Add sugar to cream.
    Add soda to flours, then add salt.
    Roll out thin on a floured board. Cut into squares (a pizza or ravioli cutter works great).
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake at 350 F until light brown - check after 8-10 minutes.
