Strawberry Preserve Muffins! - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose white flour
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter(R) Spread (melted)
1/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt
12 teaspoons strawberry preserves (set aside)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease or spray muffin tins.
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Melt butter.
Add the milk, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
Stir in the yogurt.
Add this mixture to the flour mixture until moistened.
Fill the muffin cups halfway.
Put 1 teaspoon of preserves in the center of each muffin cup.
Fill the cups with the remaining batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
