Ingredients

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate bit
1 cup light cream, scalded
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons brandy (or rum)
Preparation

Put all ingredients in the blender and turn the switch to high speed. Blend it till the racket stops. Pour into small containers and chill three hours before serving.
