1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup zucchini, grated
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons romano cheese, grated
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (1 packet)

2/3 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons oil
3/4 cup zucchini, grated
3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons romano cheese, grated
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
2/3 cup oatmeal
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon yeast
Preparation

Place room temperature ingredients in pan in order listed. Select Basic or White Bread cycle with medium/normal crust. Check dough consistency after 5 minutes of kneading. If it is a dry and stiff ball, add liquid, 1/2 to 1 tablespoon at a time; if too wet and sticky, add 1 tablespoon of flour at a time. Remove bread when cycle is finished; cool.
