Karen'S Rhubarb Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cake Mix
    1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
    3 eggs
    1 1/3 cups water
    1/3 cup oil
    Rhubarb Mix
    4 cups rhubarb, chopped fine
    1 3/4 cups sugar
    Topping
    1 pint whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix cake mix as directed on box and put in 9x13 baking dish.
    Mix sugar and rhubarb together.
    Pour rhubarb mix over cake mix in pan.
    Pour whipping cream over top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
