Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup quick-cooking oats
    1 cup water
    3 tablespoons corn oil
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the egg, water, and oil in a measuring cup.
    Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Stir wet ingredients into dry.
    Stir just until everything is moistened.
    Leave small lumps!
    Grease muffin tins, or use paper muffin liners.
    Fill each cup 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425 for 15 mintues.
