The Banana-Raisin-Oatmeal Cookies That Tops Them All! - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup shortening or 3/4 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 cup mashed ripe banana (3 medium)
1 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans (or your nut of choice)
1 cup raisins
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, cream the shortening or margarine with 1 cup of sugar.
Beat in egg.
Blend in banana and remaining ingredients: mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2\" apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
