Banana Papaya Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package banana cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup papaya, mashed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 (12 ounce) container cream cheese frosting
Preparation

Lightly beat eggs.
Mix together all ingredients
Feel free to add chopped pecans, walnuts, chocolate chips or raisins!
Bake at 325 degrees F (Mini cupcakes: Approximately 12-15 minutes. Cupcakes: 23-26 minutes.).
Ice with cream cheese icing.
