Ginger Massage Oil For Cold Hands & Feet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole cloves
    1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    1/3 cup almond oil
    4 tablespoons fresh ginger
    10 drops sandalwood essential oils
Preparation
    Toast cloves and mustard seeds in a skillet over medium low heat 3-5 minutes, or until fragrant.
    Cool, then grind to powder in a coffee grinder.
    Transfer spice powder to a small jar with lid.
    Add almond oil, ginger, and sandalwood oiil.
    Close, shake well to combine.
