Braised Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lamb chops
    3 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons dry sherry
    2 fluid ounces soy sauce
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 fluid ounces chicken stock
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons dark rum
Preparation
    Place chops in a glass dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chops.
    Refrigerate at least 6 hours (or overnight).
    Put chops and marinade in an ovenproof dish and cover.
    Bake in a 350F oven for 30 minutes.
