Roasted Garlic With Crusty Baguette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large whole heads garlic
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
    2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh oregano
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1 crusty French baguette, sliced
Preparation
    Slice 1/2 inch of the top of each garlic bulb to expose individual cloves.
    Place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until very tender.
