Ingredients

4 lbs beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 large chopped onion
3 cloves garlic
2 cups red wine
1 crushed bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation
