Turkey Ragout With White Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs turkey breast, cubed
    1 (14 ounce) can plum tomatoes, chopped (do not drain)
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    2 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup sliced carrot
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
    1/2 teaspoon dried sage
    1 -2 tablespoon cornstarch
    2 -4 tablespoons cold water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cornstarch, water, salt and pepper in slow cooker. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low.
    Turn heat to high and cook 10 minutes; stir in combined cornstarch and water, stirring 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
