Mom'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs beef top round steak, sliced
2 medium onions
1 apple, sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven 350F degrees.
Brown steak lightly in olive oil.
Place in roast pan.
Saute garlic apple and onions.
Add to meat.
Place remaining ingredients in saute pan; bring to a boil.
Pour over meat.
Seal tightly with foil.
Bake 2 hours.
