Mayonnaise Dressing With Olive Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon water
    1 egg
    1 large egg yolk
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, plus
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
    1/8 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon table salt
    white pepper, to taste (if available, otherwise black)
    3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil or 3/4 cup regular olive oil
    1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
    In food processor, combine water, egg, yolk, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper until combined, about 10 seconds.
    With machine running, gradually add oil in slow steady stream (process should take about 30 seconds); scrape down sides of bowl with rubber spatula and process 5 seconds longer. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
