Sugar Free Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas, mashed
    3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
    2 eggs
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation
    Mash bananas, add sugar and eggs.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add to banana mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325\u00b0F for 1 hour.
