Easy Pozole Jeff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb lean pork butt, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 (15 ounce) cans chili, without beans
1 (29 ounce) can hominy, drained
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder (to taste)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.
Cover and cook for about 6 hours.
