Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons liquid smoke (optional)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
2 teaspoons dried chipotle powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
6 chicken breasts
Preparation

Combine lemon juice through brown sugar. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved. Add in the oil and continue to whisk until it has emulsified.
Pour over chicken breasts in a zipper bag or non-reactive container. Let marinate between 4-24 hours.
Cook on a hot grill until done.
