Peach Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 ounce) can peach halves in syrup, drained
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    1/3 cup raisins
    1/3 cup honey
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/8 teaspoon mace
    6 whole cloves
    3 -4 inches cinnamon sticks, broken
Preparation
    Coursley chop peaches, mix with next 5 ingredients in saucepan.
    Tie cloves and cinnamon in cheesecloth bag.
    Add to peaches.
    Simmer, 30 minutes, stirring ocasionaly.
    Remove spice bag.
    Pour chutney into glass bowl.
    Cover and chill.
