1 ounce herb with garlic soup mix
3 tablespoons water
4 boneless chicken breast halves (6-8oz each)
2 large red potatoes, cubed
1 large onion, halved and cut into small wedges
Preparation

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soup mix and water. Add the chicken and toss to coat.
Transfer to a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until vegetables are tender and chicken juices run clear, stirring vegetables occasionally.
