Ingredients

2 (46 ounce) cans tomato juice
2 large garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
Preparation

Combine ingredients in large uncovered pan.
Bring to a low boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until reduced to desired thickness.
Note: may add meatballs (precooked frozen or browned homemade) or browned ground beef at Step 3.
