Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) box Jello gelatin, any flavor
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Preparation

Mix the Jell-o, water, sugar, and cornstarch together in a small saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil.
Pour into a pitcher and let cool until syrup thickens slightly.
Pour over pancakes while still warm.
