Banana Honey Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas
    2 tablespoons pure honey (I use raw honey)
    4 cups non dairy milk (I use soy or almond)
    6 ice cubes
    1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender. If desired, add ground flaxseed now. Blend at high speed until a thin, creamy consistency is reached.
    Serve immediately.
