Eastern European Hot Yogurt Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups chicken broth
    salt and pepper
    2 cups plain yogurt
    1 tablespoon flour
    2 egg yolks, well beaten
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons chopped mint or 2 tablespoons parsley
Preparation
    Bring broth to boil in sauce pan.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Lower heat.
    Combine yogurt, flour and beaten egg yolks.
    Stir 3 T broth in mixture.
    Mix well.
    Return to broth.
    Cook over low heat.
    Stir 1 or 2 minutes.
    Add butter and mint and serve.
