Spicy Leeks, Cabbage & Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups vegetable stock
1 head cabbage, cut into eigths
1 large onion, chopped
3 leeks, cleaned well and chopped (white only)
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon clove
salt & pepper
Preparation

Bring liquid to boil in a large po- add all the ingredients, cover and simmer about 20 minutes, turn the cabbage wedges once.
Serve hot.
