Vegetarian Meatless Pepper & Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups vegetarian ground beef
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup mushroom, fresh, sliced
    2/3 cup red & green pepper, mixed, chopped 1/2-inch dice
    2 stalks celery, sliced 1/4-inch slices
    salt & pepper
    3 tablespoons dry garlic flakes or 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon chili flakes
    5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix everything together in a large mixing bow.
    Transfer into a lightly greased casserole dish with a lid or cover with foil.
    Bake in 375\u00b0F oven for 35 minutes covered.
