Nthochi (Banana) Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups flour
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    5 bananas, ripe, mashed
Preparation
    Grease a loaf pan well.
    Preheat oven to 325degrees F.
    Cream margarine with sugar.
    Beat in egg.
    Add flour, salt, baking powder, milk, and bananas.
    Pour into loaf pan.
    Bake for about 1 hour.
    Cool well and slice.
