Chesapeake Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked frozen 9 inch pie shell
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    3 eggs, beaten
    8 ounces lump crabmeat
    1/3 cup red onion, diced
    2 tablespoons flour
    8 ounces shredded colby-monterey jack cheese (or Swiss, if you prefer)
    1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
    1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon ground dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pie shell.
    Fill pie shell with mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 min.
    until bubbly and browned on top.
