Backpacking Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup rolled oatmeal
    1/2 cup wheat bran
    1/2 cup oat bran
    1 cup crunchy peanut butter
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1/2 cup protein powder
    1 cup coconut
    1 cup Karo syrup
    1 cup nuts
    1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. This will be thick, so a stand mixer is useful.
    Roll into a tube with plastic wrap, or press into a pan.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut into 15ish bars.
    Place in individual baggies.
    Enjoy while hiking!
