Almost Instant Black Bean Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup water
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 small bell pepper, diced fine
1/2 cup crushed tomatoes (or tomato sauce)
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, including liquid
1 (4 ounce) can diced chilies
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation

In a large skillet or pot, heat the water. Add onion, garlic, and pepper. Cook over high heat-stirring often-for about 5 minutes or until onion is translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer-stirring occasionally-for about 15 minutes or until flavors are blended.
