High Energy Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup raisins
    1/3 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
    1/3 cup diced dried apricot
    1/3 cup diced dried mango (optional)
    2/3 cup pumpkin seeds
    2/3 cup almonds
    2/3 cup sunflower seeds
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne (optional, only if you want it spicy!)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Separate into 1/3 cup portions. Enjoy!
