Easy Swiss Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup apple, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

In a bowl mix together egg and sugar.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, apple, and nuts (if using).
Fold into a greased pie plate.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
