2 Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup margarine (approx 1 stick)
    3/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/3 cup onion
    3 eggs
    17 ounces whole kernel sweet corn, with liquid
    17 ounces cream-style corn
    8 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Pre-heat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Saute green peppers and onions in margarine.
    Combine the all ingrediants EXCEPT for the cheese and mix well.
    Pour into a greased two quart casserole dish.
    sprinkle with cheese and bake for 45-55 minutes.
    let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
