Almost Non Fat Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup elbow macaroni
    1/3 cup skim milk
    2 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese
    1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup non fat cheese (shredded cheddar)
    1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
    1 pinch salt & pepper
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling water until tender.
    In a small saucepan, heat milk over medium heat, until steaming.
    Whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
    Add Cheese and mix until melted.
    Toss with pasta to mix and season with salt & pepper.
