Panera Bread Tuna Salad Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
    1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon sweet relish
    3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper, to taste
    4 slices honey-wheat bread
    sliced red onion, to taste
    sliced tomatoes, to taste
Preparation
    Mix tuna, mayonnaise, relish and mustard in a bowl.
    Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
    Serve on honey wheat bread with leaf lettuce, slice red onion and sliced tomato.
