Tropical Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup red onion, chopped
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium mango, diced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
    3 cups cooked brown rice, kept hot
Preparation
    Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Add all ingredients except beans and rice. Cook, stirring occasionally, until peppers are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in beans. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
