Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 cup butter, melted
    3 bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375.
    In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and baking soda together and set aside.
    Blend bananas, sugar, egg and butter in a separate bowl.
    Combine the 2 mixes together, stirring well.
    Fill each greased muffin tin 2/3 full OR use paper liners filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
