Mushroom And Prosciutto Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 whole mushrooms, brown are preferred
    4 teaspoons butter
    1/8 cup port wine
    4 1/2 slices prosciutto
    6 wooden skewers
Preparation
    Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth, then cut in half.
    Melt butter in a frying pan.
    Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt.
    Cook, stirring, over medium heat for 1 minute.
    Add port and cook, stirring, until it evaporates completely.
    Remove from heat and set aside.
    Cut 18 slices of prosciutto into 4 pieces each.
    Thread 4 pieces of mushroom and 3 rolled pieces of prosciutto alternately onto wooden skewers, and serve.
