Cranberry Orange Relish With Grand Marnier - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3/4 cup water
    2 cups cranberries, wash and pick over (1 bag)
    2 small navel oranges, skin and all
    2 tablespoons minced candied ginger
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 cup Grand Marnier
Preparation
    Put cranberries and oranges in a food processor. Pulse until consistency that suits you. Combine in a saucepan with all other ingredients, except Grand Marnier. Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes.
    Cool and add Grand Marnier.
    Will keep several months in the refrigerator.
