Steamed Purple Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head purple cabbage, chopped
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup water
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1/3 cup raisins
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Preparation

Saute the onion in olive oil until translucent.
Add the water and bouillon.
Add the cabbage and raisins.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes until the cabbage is tender but not overly cooked.
Stir in the apple cider vinegar before serving.
