Crawfish Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb crayfish tail, cleaned
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon mint
3/4 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup onion, chopped
Preparation

Brown ground beef in a saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
I like to use white kidney beans in this recipe for the contrast of color and it doesn't effect the flavor.
