Berry & Banana Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 1/2 cup strawberries (or mixture of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries) or 1/2 cup blueberries (or mixture of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
    1 banana, chopped
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1 (375 ml) can evaporated low-fat milk
    2 scoops low-fat frozen yogurt or 2 scoops low-fat ice cream
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    Pour the smoothie into 2 tall glasses and serve.
