Basel Leckerli Swiss Honey Spice Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups honey
    2 cups sugar
    5 1/2 cups flour
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon anise
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 tablespoon clove
    2/3 cup citron, chopped
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup fruit juice
    frosting
    1 lemon
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
    Simmer the sugar and honey in a double boiler until melted; cool.
    Add the rest of ingredients except frosting.
    Mix.
    Spread in a thin sheet and bake until done.
    Frost with thin frosting made of lemon and powdered sugar as soon as cookies are baked.
