Macaroni With White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 quart water
3 cups elbow macaroni
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon cream cheese
Preparation
-
Boil water and add macaroni.
Cook pasta according to package directions or until tender.
Drain pasta.
Return macaroni to pot and turn stove heat to low.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir.
